Additionally, the room showed signs of wear, including a comforter riddled with burn holes and walls that simply looked neglected. Pets are clearly not welcome in the nicer rooms, creating a divide that adds unnecessary stress for pet owners. The pool area is enjoyable, but the smoking from guests often detracts from the experience, especially for those trying to avoid tobacco. Lastly, the lack of effective communication regarding deposit policies and payment methods can lead to misunderstandings and frustrations.

Our stay at Richard'S Motel was fantastic! The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed that made for great sleeping. The tropical landscaping around the property added a nice touch, and we really enjoyed the gorgeous pool area. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, making our visit extra special.
